Bhagne Se Pehle Plan Karo: How I am Fixing My Fatigue With This "Calories Burned Running Calculator".

I’ve stood at the start line ready to go, and I’ve also stood on the sidelines having to say "no" to a race because my body simply couldn’t take it anymore. After my TSEC Marathon, I felt like a zombie—drained, constantly battling knee pain, and under-performing on every road run. I finally realized that if I wanted to stop the guesswork and start fueling properly, I needed to use a calories burned running calculator before I even lace up my shoes.
My Lesson: Why "Just Running" Isn't Enough
For a long time, I treated running like a simple equation: just log the miles on the road and you'll get faster. I was wrong. I have shared my honest struggles with constant fatigue and "tired legs" in my post, Why my knee pain was actually tired legs and fatigue. I used to ignore the warning signs, thinking they were just part of the sport.
The real turning point came when I attended a webinar with Sports Nutritionist Rashmi Cherian. She explained that your body is like a machine: if you are burning a lot of fuel during your road runs, you must replace it. She made me realize that my chronic fatigue was a result of under-fueling. I have written a blog on this here : The real role of Nutrition in Sports success - Lessons from Rashmi Cherian's running webinar. This learning led directly to my tough decision to skip the TCS World 10K. I wrote about that reflection here: The real role of nutrition in saying no to a race. I realized that I couldn't train effectively if I was running on empty, and I needed to prioritize my recovery over the race itself.
Stop Guessing: Use Our "Calories Burned Running Calculator"
To stop guessing and start running smarter, I built a tool for our community: the calories burned running calculator.
You can find it here: https://www.runningsimplified.in/copy-of-tools
Using this tool changed my entire routine. Now, I know exactly what kind of energy I am burning before I even start my run on the road. It allows me to plan my nutrition so that I am fully recovered for my next session, rather than just waiting to feel tired.
How to Use the Calculator
Using this tool is very simple. You don't need complicated technology to track your effort.
Enter your body weight: This helps the calculator understand your specific energy needs.
Enter the distance of your run: Simply type in how many kilometers you plan to cover.
Pace of your Run: Type appx what pace you are planning to run.
See your result: Get an instant estimate of your energy expenditure.
By knowing your burn potential, you can prepare your pre-run or post-run meals with confidence. You aren't just guessing anymore; you are planning your training based on actual data.
Start Running Smarter
Don't wait until you are burnt out or dealing with injuries like I was.
